Fonda – in addition to requiring an installation height of just 8 cm – has a central removable glass-ceramic element, which allows direct aspiration based on the cooking zone in use. 

The labyrinth type filter collects the condensation and separates the suctioned grease, allowing the metal filters to retain the grease and prevent it from accumulating in the motor and connection pipes. The active carbon filter, if installed, removes the cooking smells. 

The result is an induction hob with a functionally integrated aspiration system: it absorbs grease, reduces unpleasant smells, and collects condensation and particles. It is an elegant solution whether installed flush with the top or a stainless-steel frame.
