Induction technology

The Prima EGO induction system, characterized by cooking zones with 3.7 kW bridge function, has a white and blue LED easy-to-use user interface with slider control for every single zone. The controls integrate the cooking functions with the aspiration ones allowing the user to select the automatic or manual mode for motor management. This practical system has Booster, Timer, Pause & Recall, and automatic pot recognition functions. The Grill function is available for the perfect cooking of grilled foods. It is also extremely safe thanks to the automatic safety shut-off, Child safety lock, and residual heat indicator.

Aspiration system

The fan has a high performance in terms of flow rate and noise, with low consumption thanks to brushless technology. The filters for grease and smells can be easily removed from the top and cleaned in the dishwasher.
