Induction technology

Viento induction system, characterized by cooking zones with 3.7 kW bridge function, has a user-friendly interface with slider control. This practical system has Booster, Timer, Pause & Recall and automatic pot recognition functions. The Grill function is available for grilling. The controls integrate the cooking functions with the aspiration ones allowing the user to select the automatic or manual mode for motor management. It is also extremely safe thanks to the automatic safety shut-off, Child safety lock, and residual heat indicator.

Aspiration system

Viento aspiration system allows you to filter grease and odors, through a motor integrated directly under the hob. The air sucked in by the central grill is purified by a grease filter and an odor filter and is then expelled laterally through two liftable slits. The filters can be easily removed from the top and washed in the dishwasher. The fan has high performance in terms of air flow and noise, with low consumption thanks to brushless technology.
