Induction technology
Prima induction system, characterized by cooking zones with 3.7 kW bridge function, has a white LED user-friendly interface with slider control. This practical system has Booster, Timer, Pause & Recall, and automatic pot recognition functions. The Grill function is available for grilling. The controls integrate the cooking functions with the suction ones allowing the user to select the automatic or manual mode for motor management. It is also extremely safe thanks to the automatic safety shut-off, Child safety lock, and residual heat indicator.
Aspiration system
Prima aspiration system consists of a solid aluminium flap which can be adjusted 360°, for better trapping of cooking vapours. The filters for grease and smells can be easily removed from the top and cleaned in the dishwasher. The fan has high performance in terms of air flow and noise, with low consumption thanks to the brushless technology.
